To continue to keep their high standards during this growth period, we are seeking a driven Manufacturing Manager to lead the production and warehouse operations.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager this high calibre individual will lead the organisation’s key production facility in Melbourne. With total management of the production and warehouse operations, your focus will be to lead all functions to achieve key production and financial targets, ensuring profitability of the overall business.
Responsibilities:
Day to day management of site personnel ensuring maximizing staff utilization and production of premium quality products with the best possible customer service at all times.
Ensure the manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency, allowing maximum sustainable profitability, whilst maintaining all quality and safety requirements.
Ensure the development, implementation and direction of best manufacturing practices for the manufacturing site.
Manage site production costs and budgets to ensure value and benefit to the business.

Skills and experience
Formal tertiary qualifications, with a Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in similar role in Cosmetics or personnel care products .
Demonstrated experience in achieving financial targets including performance against budget and/or forecast.
Specific expertise in maintenance, quality, health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
Proven change management experience
Excellent interpersonal and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate outcomes within tight time frames.
