This experience, along with his HR qualifications, has helped him develop a deep understanding of the industry and its core requirements. He has helped both national and global organisations with talent identification, recruitment, and sourcing, focusing on placing high-quality talent with the right cultural fit to drive long-term success for both parties.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Certified practicing accountant with experience in the manufacturing and logistics industries. Isabelle’s capability covers all facets of accounting, including general accounting, payroll management and taxation. Overseeing the financial, commercial and contractor management for Segen, Isabelle was instrumental in shaping and directing the implementation of all aspects of the company’s financial, commercial contractor management systems.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Kara has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, focused on Marketing and Management, from the Swinburne University of Technology. After helping several small and large businesses grow as a freelance digital marketing specialist, she joined Segen in 2021 as our Digital Marketing Manager. Kara works to expand Segen’s outreach on all platforms, helping Segen in our aim to connect high-calibre talent with the right opportunities in the manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain industry.
