About the role:
Reporting to the Food Technical Audit Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all the products meet and maintain the high levels of the food safety standards and accountable for leading and supporting third-party audits across different schemes.
Responsibilities:
To carry out 2nd or 3rd party audit work according to approved codes and relevant experience.
Carry out assessment, verification and compliance work.
Assisting in marketing and promotion of Knowledge services.
Dealing with technical queries.
Lead skills/competency training and assessment of SGS Food auditors
Lead technical management of key programs such as Freshcare, Global GAP, and ISCC
Support the administrative functions of key programs such as Freshcare, Global GAP, and ISCC
Key requirements:
Tertiary qualified or equivalent with three years of working experience in a similar role
Registered RABQSA/EXEMPLAR or IRCA Lead Auditor
Experience in QHSE in a relevant industry, i.e. manufacturing, services, food and others
Auditing experience in Food Safety and HACCP is desirable
Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
With a valid driver’s license
