Implementation Team Leader (Level 3)

About the business
A well-known dynamic technology company our client provides mobility and cloud based solutions to corporate and commercial business’s. With a strong reputation for providing an excellent telecommunication infrastructure, they have become a leader in delivering first class enterprise mobility solutions.

Entering an exciting phase of growth, they are now looking for a smart and energetic Implementation Team Leader - (Level 3) to join their business.

About the role
Leading a team of level 3 technical specialists, you will interact with senior customer contacts to define their business needs, provide mobility solutions, use best practice for deployment, all whist demonstrating excellent communication skills and patience.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing customer business requirements, understanding customer processes and producing solutions to these requirements.

  • Design and build MDM/UEM solutions including VMware/MS Intune/MobileIron.

  • Participate in the research, evaluation and selection of hardware/software technologies.

  • Support significant escalated incidents & change requests.

  • Implement projects and produce standard as billed documents.

  • Identify risks and issues relating the MDM/UEM solution.

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to both Frontline & Escalated Support teams.

  • In depth knowledge with VMware Workspace One/Airwatch/MS Intune

  • Producing and maintaining User guides.

  • Documenting and maintaining Help Centre articles.

  • Trouble shooting customer incidents escalated from Support including:
    o Device enrollment problems.
    o DES/DEP/KME issues.
    o General device issues
    o Email issues.
    o Application issues
    o Password resets.
    o General Inquiries.
    o Profile Issues.
