About the role:
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are currently looking for an exceptional Sale’s manager to join the management team. The successful candidate will contribute to the budgeted revenue and projected sales growth through the continued management of existing customer accounts and the generation of new business.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts;
Soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer
Problem solve and deliver innovative solutions to the customer base
Key requirements:
Minimum of 5 year’s business to business selling experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably Defence, aerospace, automotive or medical devices.
Tertiary qualified (trade or degree) in a business or engineering related discipline, with a strong engineering or technical background.
Ability to network and build long term relationships with clients
Strong team player with a hands-on approach
