About the role:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the management of all inbound customer orders; from processing of orders in MRP Easy to communicating with the warehouse to fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Sales Order Processing - Processing export and local orders accurately in MRP Easy
Communicating with the warehouse to process and dispatch on time.
Customer service - Responding to and dealing with customers enquiries and complaints. Ensuring the high volume of sales orders is processed correctly within the required time frame.
Deliveries – Receiving and dispatching orders from each warehouse and communicating with stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered in full and on time.
Customer inquiries - (Incl. Inbound calls & emails) provide service support to all customer inquiries, Handling customer complaints and ensuring a high level of service achieved
Key requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role preferably within an FMCG environment
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer centric approach
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
