Sales Executive

About the business
Australia's largest dedicated management consultancy is experiencing considerable growth across all areas. To further support and to keep their high standards during this growth period, they are looking for a hungry and energetic Sales Executive to join their growing team

About the role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing new business and building key client relationships with a clear focus of growing sales within the organisations target industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business within the organisations target area’s against budget expectations.

  • To establish relationships which will promote company’s products and services

  • Cultivate inbound inquiries & referrals

  • Work in parallel with the Relationship Managers to provide client solutions

  • Draft proposals and contracts for client

  • Complete costings in accordance with company procedures and draft tender applications

  • Be able to engage with business owner’s & senior managers as a trusted advisor to formulate solutions

  • Maintain detailed client and prospect records in the CRM tool (HubSpot)

  • Partake in company-wide marketing events and team networking activities

Key requirements:

  • Experienced selling lean or business improvement program’s to Business Owners, C-Suite, Senior and/or Executive Management with management consulting or business improvement services experience highly desirable

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and selling skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to utilise relationships to uncover and develop opportunities

  • Experience managing complex sales proposals with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to quickly understand complex products and broad service offerings

  • Good project management skills to run multiple priorities / campaigns / client commitments concurrently

  • Strong computer skills (excel, word, powerpoint etc.)
